By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Gudly is a Hyderabad-based food and pantry brand offering freshly milled atta, nut butters, roasted dry fruits, spices and laddus, made and packed only after an order is placed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and availability of products at any time without prior notice.
  • As our products are freshly made in small batches, colour, texture, weight and appearance may vary slightly between batches — this is normal and not a defect.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or an error in pricing or description.

4. Orders and Payment

  • An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • We accept payments through the payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
  • Production of your order (milling, roasting, packing) begins only after your order is placed and confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier delays, weather, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where a valid damage claim is made under our Refund Policy.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate; we are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by you.

6. Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

Refunds and replacements are only provided in specific circumstances — primarily where a product is delivered damaged or a glass jar arrives broken — and only when supported by valid, unedited unboxing video proof. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Food Safety and Storage

  • Our products are freshly made food items without artificial preservatives. Please store them as per the instructions provided on the product label or packaging and consume within the recommended period.
  • Please check product descriptions carefully for allergen information (e.g., nuts, groundnuts) before purchasing, especially if you or the recipient has any food allergies.
  • We are not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption beyond the recommended shelf life.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and the Gudly name and branding, is the property of Gudly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability
