Refund policy

At Gudly, every product — atta, nut butters, roasted dry fruits, spices and laddus — is milled, roasted or packed fresh only after you place your order. Because these are perishable, handmade food items, we follow a strict no-refund, no-return policy except in the specific case described below.
1. When a Refund or Replacement Applies
We will only offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives:
- Physically damaged in transit (e.g., torn packaging, spillage, crushed box), or
- With a broken or cracked glass jar.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for reasons such as change of mind, taste or flavour preference, delay in delivery caused by the courier partner, or minor natural variation in colour, texture or consistency — these are inherent to freshly made, small-batch food products and are not considered defects.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged product or broken glass jar, you must provide a clear, continuous and unedited video recording of the unboxing, starting from the sealed, unopened courier package and showing the damage or breakage as it is discovered. Claims submitted without this footage, or with edited or cut footage, will not be accepted or processed.
Along with the video, please also share clear photographs of the damaged product, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.
3. How to Raise a Claim
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at chaganti.shruthi@gmail.com with your order number, the unboxing video, and photographs.
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and inform you of the outcome by email.
4. Resolution
Once a claim is verified and approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a free replacement of the damaged item(s), or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellations
Since production begins as soon as your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet entered production or dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or consumed products, except where the item itself is being reported as damaged or broken under this policy.
