Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack and deliver your Gudly order.
1. Made-to-Order Production
Every Gudly product is milled, roasted or packed fresh only after your order is placed — we do not hold finished stock in a warehouse. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be freshly produced and packed before it is out for delivery.
2. Delivery Area
Gudly currently offers local delivery only, from our facility in Balanagar, Hyderabad, within approximately a 70 km radius (covering Hyderabad city and nearby surrounding areas). We do not currently ship pan-India or offer courier-based shipping outside this area. At checkout, enter your pin code to confirm whether we currently deliver to your location.
3. Delivery Charges and Timelines
- Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the distance between our facility and your delivery address:
- Near Zone (up to 5 km): ₹44
- Mid Zone (5–15 km): ₹79
- Far Zone (15–70 km): ₹99
- Estimated delivery is typically same-day to 2 business days after dispatch, in addition to the 1–2 day production time above.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, regional disruptions, festive/holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a confirmation by email/SMS. For any questions on the status of your delivery, you can also reach out to us directly.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code and contact number are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
6. Damaged or Broken Items on Delivery
Since our products include glass jars and freshly packed food items, please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or with a broken glass jar, refer to our Refund Policy for how to raise a claim — a continuous, unedited unboxing video is required as proof.
7. Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or the customer being unreachable, we will contact you to arrange a re-attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempted deliveries.
